GE FULL PROBLEM (1 microsec)
Corresponds to "case9" (uniform mesh, 400 K particles, initial
Bessel profiles).
We did a run with slightly different cross-section data
which we also use in our planar codes (e.g., PDP1), and got much
better results which accord with the fluid model.

Basically, after 1 microsec, we see no anomalous peak
of density at the center.
However, we do see a peak in the rate of ionization at
the center.
The results below are at time = 1 microsec.
