The full problem run using new axial field solve, and starting from
a dumpfile which used the old axial field solve.

Gas is argon with original xpdc1 cross sections
R=1.8 cm, height= 20 cm
Gas temperature = 300K
Gas pressure = 2 Torr
Axial current = 200 mA
